Standard civil contracting principles, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) covenants, and milestone payment terms governing projects executed by Sri Skandan Construction.
1. Contract & Engineering Scope
All civil construction projects undertaken by Sri Skandan Construction are governed by a mutually executed formal contract and an itemized Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The agreed architectural drawings, structural calculations, and material specifications form the basis of execution.
2. Bureau of Indian Standards & Material Quality
Sri Skandan Construction executes reinforced concrete works in strict compliance with IS 456:2000 and seismic design principles under IS 1893:2016. We utilize certified primary Fe 550D TMT steel and 53-grade OPC cement.
3. Milestone-Based Payments
Project financing follows a transparent milestone disbursement structure linked directly to physical site completion stages (such as Foundation/Plinth Level, Roof Slab Casting, Brickwork & Plastering, Finishing, and Handover).
4. Quality Handover & Warranty
Upon project completion, a joint inspection is conducted. Structural guarantees and specialized waterproofing warranties are provided alongside formal handover documentation.
5. Jurisdiction
All contracts and agreements are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ramanathapuram, Tamil Nadu, India.
