Role Overview

As our Architectural 3D Visualizer & CAD Draftsman, you will turn conceptual floor layouts and engineering briefs into stunning photorealistic 3D elevations and precise 2D working drawings. You will collaborate directly with Er. R. Karthick Kumar to bring client dream homes and commercial spaces to life.

Core Responsibilities

  • 2D Architectural Working Drawings: Draft floor plans, elevations, sectional details, staircase details, and door/window schedules as per municipal bylaws.
  • CMDA / DTCP Sanction Drawings: Prepare statutory approval drawings following FSI rules, setbacks, and local Chennai building codes.
  • Photorealistic 3D Exterior & Interior Renders: Build detailed 3D models with realistic PBR textures, daylighting, evening mood lights, and landscaping.
  • Architectural Walkthrough Animations: Produce cinematic 4K video walkthroughs using Lumion / Enscape / Twinmotion for client presentations.
  • Drawing Revision Management: Coordinate with structural engineers and site teams to update as-built drawings and revision clouds.

Required Software & Skills

• Education: B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture / Civil CAD Certification.

• Experience: 2 to 5 years in architectural 3D visualization and CAD drafting for residential and commercial projects.

• Software Expertise: AutoCAD 2D (Expert), 3ds Max / SketchUp / Revit, Lumion / V-Ray / Enscape, Adobe Photoshop.

• Portfolio: A digital portfolio containing sample exterior elevations, interior renders, and working drawings is mandatory.
